New website will assist businesses in going paperless

Papershrink Ltd has launched an updated website devoted to 'assisting UK organisations to become Paperless'. The company provides its customers with a combination of scanning, software and consultancy services with the aim to transform businesses who rely on paper into swift responsive businesses, enabling them to access the information they need at any time on any device.

The new website comprises of straightforward, user friendly navigation in order for users to find the information they need with ease. The site is also fully mobile ready for on-the-go access. The site has a new and improved resource centre which provides visitors with the latest document management and scanning tips. The centre is intended to provide users with the key factors to be considered in the decision making process of going Paperless including free trials and online cost estimates for scanning documents.

The new website launch coincides with the launch of a new product, Aiko EDMS by Papershrink, an electronic document management system which enables upload, storage and retrieval of electronic information. Elisabeth Belisle, Managing Director of Papershrink says "With over 10 years of scanning experience, document management was a natural progression for us. In the business world, the Paperless office is not a new concept. For years, organisations have struggled in the transition of going paper free and in some cases even doubled the administrative workload as a result of a mixture of electronic copies and paper copies coming into the organisation. We believe the model solution is using new, innovative technology to view and utilise the electronic copy, without ever having to see the paper copy. Using EDM solutions like Aiko makes this vision possible and really will make the storing and retrieval of electronic information simpler."
