ReadSoft helps AP users into the Cloud

ReadSoft Online responds to demand from SMB users

ReadSoft has added 'market-responsive' capabilities to its cloud-based solution for automating end-to-end AP processes. New functionality of ReadSoft Online includes improved integrations, expanded document storage abilities and additional customization and end-user options–facilitating greater efficiency and cost savings for enterprises of any size. Since its launch in 2010, ReadSoft Online, the company's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud-based solution has developed from a best-practice front-end invoice data capture and extraction service to one that fully automates the end-to-end AP process with approval workflow and online document storage. At the same time, the user base of ReadSoft Online has significantly grown. First released in the Nordics and Europe, companies across Asia, and North and South America are now utilizing the service, many of which are SMBs that require a solution that can readily address AP inefficiencies without an initial capital investment.

According to ReadSoft the company is demonstrating its ongoing investment in responding to the needs of SMBs by adding another round of new capabilities to ReadSoft Online including:

• Enhanced Visibility – Real-time status and document history is now available to all stakeholders throughout approval workflow process. Also, in addition to invoices, other supporting documents may now be uploaded, stored and available to the user to view.
• Upgraded Integrations – Improved data capture and approval workflow integration with ERP systems.
• Greater Flexibility and Adaptability – User requirements are met with more customization options
• Optimized Processing – New user configurations enable supplier-level, straight-through processing and greater control over business rules. Screens are easier to view and email notices for approval workflow are improved.
