Within the last month or so Autodesk completed the acquisition of Constructware, a privately owned American company that provides on-demand communication and collaboration solutions for the construction industry. Since Autodesk already has its own online collaboration solution, I thought it would be prudent to see where the new Autodesk company fitted in.
