The 2008 Construction Computing Event

About Construction Computing

Have you ever wondered why it is that construction IT professionals have to wade through a wide variety of magazines to get even a partial view of what is out there?

And do you ever wish it could be different - that there was a magazine which specifically addressed these issues in a fresh and highly informative way?

Well, now there is - We've put a great deal of thought and energy into discovering what it is you most want from a magazine, including in-depth discussions with key companies, associations and suppliers throughout the industry. We've also spent a lot of time asking a wide cross-section of our future readers - professionals such as yourself - how we can best meet your information needs.

The result of that research is Construction Computing - the place where IT professionals in construction, product, project and service companies can find out all they need to know about construction-related IT products and services.

The magazine will tackle the issues that IT professionals have told us matter most to them, such as how the many and different parts of the construction industry can work together, both specialists and generalists, to deliver better construction projects ... projects completed to time or faster, to budget or lower and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Editorially, the magazine will focus on the following key areas:

· Design Solutions - CAD and BIM

· Digital Asset Management

· Document Management, Content & Knowledge Management

· Enterprise Solutions

· Estimating

· Health & Safety Software

· Mobile Computing Solutions

· Project Accounting

· Project Extranets and Collaboration tools

· Project Management

· Skills Training and Education

· Specialist application software

· Surveying Software solutions

And we will also be covering:
