Version One has been integrated into Sage’s most recently launched enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for organisations worldwide

Sage ERP X3 is a comprehensive software system that supports mid-sized organisations’ accounting, purchasing, sales inventory, customer relationship and manufacturing operations. Launched worldwide on 20 January 2010 (although already used by over 2,500 companies worldwide), Sage ERP X3 can be provided in a choice of languages, currencies, enterprises, locations and legislations, making it a truly International solution.

With the integration of Version One into Sage ERP X3, users are provided with access to advanced document management and imaging solutions, adding considerable value to the system’s existing functionality. Sage ERP X3 users can now electronically create, deliver, store, access, authorise, manage and process their business documents directly from their ERP system, significantly reducing the paper-based circulation, filing, management and processing of paper documents (invoices, statements, customer correspondence etc.).
